Richmond, BC – Pacific Coastal Airlines announced it will provide refunds to the original form of payment for customers who hold unused travel credits as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Starting Tuesday, September 27, 2022, Pacific Coastal Airlines is offering customers the opportunity to request a refund by completing an online application to collect unused travel credits. Refunds are only applicable to customers who made a reservation up to and including May 2, 2020, for travel on or after February 1, 2020, or who were impacted by a flight cancellation by Pacific Coastal Airlines as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic between February 1, 2020, and December 31, 2021.

In line with recommendations by the Canadian Transportation Agency, Pacific Coastal Airlines first offered customers 24-month travel credits. This was later extended to be 36-months to enable greater flexibility for customers. Pacific Coastal Airlines is pleased to now offer customers the ability to receive a refund.
