Due to forest fire in some areas of British Columbia, we are engaging a temporary flexible change & cancellation policy for passengers traveling between August 10-14, 2026, to/ from Kelowna (YLW) and Penticton (YYF). Details below:
Cancellation Policy
For customers who have one or more of their travel between August 10-14, 2026, who wish to cancel their entire reservation may do so without applicable cancellation fees and are eligible for a full refund to original form of payment. Reservation cancellation requests must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Standard fare terms and conditions will apply to cancellations made within 2 hours of scheduled departure time.
Change Policy
For customers who have one or more of their travel between August 10-14, 2026, who wish to change their reservation can do so without change fees and applicable fare difference. We are advising all passengers travelling through Comox Valley Airport (YQQ) to allow extra time for security screening.
Pacific Coastal Airlines recommends passengers to check-in at least 60 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time with appropriate valid government-issued identification. Check-in and checked baggage acceptance closes 40 minutes prior to scheduled departure time and passengers should be present at boarding gate 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.
