Basic Fare
- No refunds, no credits
- Checked Baggage Fees:
- Prepaid: 1st piece = $36.75, 2nd piece = $57.75, 3rd or overweight/sized = $105.00
- Check-In: 1st piece = $47.25, 2nd piece = $68.25, 3rd or overweight/sized = $115.50
- Changes: Not permitted, changes result in forfeiture of ticket
- Cancellations: Not permitted, cancellations or no shows result in forfeiture of ticket
- Same-Day Earlier Flight Change: Not permitted
- Name Changes: Not permitted
- Advance Seat Selection: $19.99 per passenger, per flight
- No Show: Failure to check in for your flight will result in forfeiture of the segment
- Priority Protection Travel Status: 4
Bravo Fare
- No refunds
- Checked Baggage Fees:
- Prepaid: 1st piece = $36.75, 2nd piece = $57.75, 3rd or overweight/sized = $105.00
- Check-In: 1st piece = $47.25, 2nd piece = $68.25, 3rd or overweight/sized = $115.50
- Changes: $105.00 fee, per direction, per passenger, plus any applicable fare difference
- Cancellations: $105.00 fee, per direction, per passenger (remaining balance held as a travel credit)
- Advance Seat Selection: $9.99 per passenger, per flight
- Same-Day Earlier Flight Change: $52.50 per passenger, per direction (must be done at check-in counter)
- Name Changes: $105.00 per person, per reservation
- No Show: Failure to check-in for your flight or failure to change/cancel your reservation 2 hours or more prior to departure will result in forfeiture of the segment.

Classic Fare
- No refunds

- Cancellations: $52.50 fee, per direction, per passenger (remaining balance held as a travel credit)
- Changes and/or cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to departure
- Same-Day Earlier Flight Change: $26.25 per passenger, per direction (must be done at check-in counter)
- Name Changes: $52.50 per passenger, per reservation
- Advance Seat Selection: $9.99 per passenger, per flight
- No Show: Failure to check-in for your flight or failure to change/cancel your reservation 2 hours or more prior to departure will result in forfeiture of the segment.

- Name Changes: Free

- Cancellations: $78.75 fee, per direction, per passenger (remaining balance refunded to QuikPass account)
- Changes and/or cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to departure
- Same-Day Earlier Flight Change: $52.50 per passenger, per direction (must be done at check-in counter)
- Name Change Fee: $78.75 per passenger, per reservation
- Advance Seat Selection: $9.99 per passenger, per flight
- No Show: Failure to check-in for your flight or failure to change/cancel your reservation 2 hours or more prior to departure will result in forfeiture of the segment.
QuikPass Classic Fare

Baggage Fees Definition
Pre-Paid baggage fees are defined as baggage fees paid at time of booking or post booking up until 24 hours before scheduled flight departure.
Check-in baggage fees are defined as baggage fees paid for during check-in, either online or at the airport within 24 hours of scheduled flight departure.
No shows
Passengers who fail to check-in prior to check-in closing or who fail to change or cancel their reservation more than 2 hours prior to departure, will be “no showed”. A no show will result in full forfeiture of the segment.
Please note that for Basic fares, where changes and cancellations are not allowed at any time, checking-in late or making ANY changes (regardless of timing) will result in a no show and forfeiture of the segment.
Same-Day Earlier Flight Change
With the purchase of any confirmed ticket, excluding Basic Fares, customers have the option to make a confirmed change for a flight departing earlier on the same day of original confirmed travel. Charges may apply depending on the fare brand purchased. This change can only be done at the airport check-in counter. More information.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy:
Full refunds are offered for all reservations that are made and cancelled within 24 hours of original purchase. Important: cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to departure. Please call our reservation team at 1.800.663.2872 to apply this policy to your booking.
24-Hour Change Policy:
Changes can be made within 24 hours of the original purchase without applicable change fees; however, fare difference may apply. Important: changes must be made at least 2 hours prior to departure. Please call our reservation team at 1.800.663.2872 to apply this policy to your booking.
Credit Files
In the event that a reservation booked in a Bravo, Classic or Encore fare is cancelled a credit file, minus the applicable cancellation fee(s), is created and can be used towards future travel anywhere in Pacific Coastal Airlines’ network. This credit is also transferable to another person. If the value of the future travel exceeds the credit amount then the difference will be charged; if less then a credit balance will remain on file. Important: credit files are valid for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This means that travel must be booked and completed within the year and before the expiry date. To book using a credit, please contact our Call Centre at 1-800-663-2872 and have your credit file number ready. Encores fares are refundable at the request of the passenger (to request a refund for an Encore fare call 1-800-663-2872 or email reserve@pacificcoastal.com). Basic fares are not eligible for credit or refund.
QuikPass Accounts
QuikPass accounts remain active for 365 days from the date of the last deposit. To avoid the QuikPass from going inactive, account holders have two options to choose from:
• Place a new minimum deposit extending the credit and inactive date another 365 days (minimum deposit info here for each type of account)
• Apply a six-month extension for $78.75 including GST which is drawn from the remaining balance
If the QuikPass account falls into an inactive state, a reactivation and six-month extension can be applied for a fee of $78.75 including GST. QuikPass deposits are non-refundable.
