E Ticketing

Pacific Coastal Airlines (8P) offers electronic ticketing on the following GDS platforms: Sabre, Apollo, Worldspan, Galileo and Amadeus. IATA Accredited Travel Agents can complete e-ticket reservations for all 8P flights.

Travel agents based in Canada and the United States can purchase electronic tickets using cash, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

Travel agents outside of Canada and the United States can make reservations and purchase electronic tickets through our codeshare partner Hahn Air (H1).

Please note that we no longer offer guaranteed ticketing via the GDS. Please contact our Call Centre at 1.800.663.2872 if you are unable to apply BSP payment and our agents will gladly create a new reservation and accept payment.

Refund Instructions for E Tickets

If you booked with a travel agent or an online travel agency (OTA, such as Expedia) and are requesting a refund please complete the following steps:

  1. Contact your travel agent or OTA directly and request a refund
  2. Advise the travel agent or OTA to contact refunds@pacificcoastal.com
  3. The travel agent or OTA will need to include the following information in the refund request:
    • The credit card number used to purchase the reservation
    • The Pacific Coastal Airlines reservation number
    • The passenger(s) name
    • Electronic ticket number
    • Identify which segment(s) is being refunded
