Baggage Fees Definition

Pre-Paid baggage fees are defined as baggage fees paid at time of booking or post booking up until 24 hours before scheduled flight departure.

Check-in baggage fees are defined as baggage fees paid for during check-in, either online or at the airport within 24 hours of scheduled flight departure.

QuikPass Encore (Most Flexible):

Best For: Travelers who frequently book last minute or tend to modify or cancel reservations closer to the departure date.

QuikPass Classic (Balanced Choice):

QuikPass Terms and Conditions

QuikPass accounts remain active for 12 months from the date of the last deposit. It’s the account holder’s responsibility to ensure regular deposits are being added to the account to maintain its active status. Accounts can be extended with a $78.75 fee (including GST) to keep the account active for 6 months without needing to add a deposit. To add the extension fee, please contact our team at quikpass@pacificcoastal.com .

If no deposit is placed within 12 months of the last one, the account will fall inactive and the account won’t be accessible to login. To reactivate the account, you’ll need to contact quikpass@pacificcoastal.com. The options for reactivation are:

  1. A fee of $78.75 (including GST) is deducted from the account’s current balance, keeping the account active for 6 months.
  2. A minimum deposit placed into the account, waiving the reactivation fee, and keeping the account active for 12 months.

QuikPass deposits are non-refundable. If you wish to close out your account and use the funds for a final, non-QuikPass booking please contact quikpass@pacificcoastal.com and one of our QuikPass Support Team members will assist you with this process. QuikPass fares can only be purchased with funds from the account, and cannot be purchased using partial payment with a credit card.
