Priority Protection Travel Status
What is Priority Protection Travel Status?
Priority Protection Travel Status is a priority level attached to our fares of the order in which passengers will be reaccommodated following a flight delay or cancellation.
What is the reaccommodation order?
The first passengers to be reaccomodated are our QuikPass customers, followed by our regular fare holders as follows:
- Encore Fare (includes medical, compassionate travel, and group fares)
- Classic Fare
- Bravo Fare
- Basic
- Unpaid Fares (includes complimentary travel vouchers)
- Pacific Coastal Airlines staff have the right to make exceptions to deviate from this policy
- Passengers with the same status will be first accommodated based on earliest check-in time
