If you booked directly with Pacific Coastal Airlines and are unable to cancel your flight online or contact us through our call centre, we welcome customers to complete the form below to submit a flight cancellation request.
This form is for flights booked directly on www.pacificcoastal.com only. If you booked through a travel agent or online travel agency, please contact them directly for assistance.

Please submit only one form per reservation. Submission of this form indicates cancellation of the full reservation (all flights on the reservation will be cancelled). If you would like to cancel only a portion of your flight or change your reservation, please contact our call centre at 1-800-663-2872 for assistance.
