Planning a group trip? Whether it’s a corporate retreat, sports tournament, wedding, tour companies or a getaway with family and friends, we make group travel easy. For groups of 8 or more (excluding lap held infants under 2 years of age) travelling on the same flights and dates, we offer a dedicated experience built around flexibility and great value.

How It Works

  1. Submit your request using the form below.
  2. Receive your quote within 4 business days. Our Team will put together a customized proposal including group travel fare pricing, deposit and payment timelines, and group perks.
  3. Confirm and deposit to lock in your seats and fare.

Our Group Travel Team is available Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm PT, excluding statutory holidays. You can also reach us directly at groups@pacificcoastal.com.

Please allow up to 4 business days to receive your quote. Seats are not held until a deposit is made.
