QuikPass Bravo Program Closure

Important Notice for QuikPass Bravo Customers

As part of our ongoing efforts to simplify fare options and enhance the booking experience, Pacific Coastal Airlines will be retiring the QuikPass Bravo program.  This decision was made after thoughtful consideration of customer feedback and usage trends.

While we understand this may affect some of our valued customers, we are committed to making the transition as smooth as possible.

If you currently hold an active QuikPass Bravo account, please click the link below to understand your options and next steps.

Please note that Pacific Coastal Airlines will continue to offer QuikPass program in the form of QuikPass Encore and QuikPass Classic. There are no changes being made to the QuikPass Encore or QuikPass Classic programs at this time.

  • Continue Using Your Account

You can continue using your active QuikPass Bravo account and any available funds for booking and travel until March 31, 2026, inclusive.

  • Transfer to QuikPass Encore or Classic

You can transfer your QuikPass Bravo balance at no cost to a QuikPass Encore or QuikPass Classic account. If you don’t already have one, our team will create it for you.

  • Request a Refund

If you don’t plan to use your remaining balance, you can request a refund using the form below.

General Program Questions

Q: Why is the QuikPass Bravo program being discontinued?

We’re streamlining our fare offerings to better align with customer travel patterns. QuikPass Bravo, designed for advance planners, saw a reduced usage compared to Encore and Classic.

Q: Will QuikPass Encore and Classic accounts be affected?

No. These account types will continue as usual with no changes.

 

Account Usage and Travel

Q: How long can I use my QuikPass Bravo account to book travel?

You can continue using your active QuikPass Bravo account and any available funds for bookings and travel until March 31, 2026, inclusive. Reservations already booked beyond March 31, 2026, will be honoured.

Q: Can I use my QuikPass Bravo account for cargo shipments?

Yes, as long as the cargo is booked and shipped before March 31, 2026.

Q: What happens to funds from cancelled QuikPass Bravo bookings?

Funds will be returned to your QuikPass Bravo account and remain available for bookings and travel until March 31, 2026, inclusive.

Q: Can I use my QuikPass Bravo funds towards a public fare?

Customers seeking to close a QuikPass Bravo account and utilize remaining partial funds that cannot pay for a complete QuikPass Bravo fare can use the remaining funds to pay for a public fare. Any outstanding difference for the public fare can be paid using a credit card.

Q: Can I continue to make deposits to my QuikPass Bravo account?

No. Effective October 1, 2025, QuikPass Bravo accounts can no longer make additional deposits to their account.

 

Account Transfers and Refunds

Q: Can I upgrade to QuikPass Encore or QuikPass Classic?

Absolutely. You can transfer your QuikPass Bravo balance to a new or existing QuikPass Encore or QuikPass Classic account at no cost. Standard minimum deposits apply for future use. Please fill out the Transfer Active QuikPass Bravo Form below to request this.

Q: Can I get a refund for my remaining QuikPass Bravo balance?

Yes, if your account is still active, you can request a refund using the Active QuikPass Bravo Refund Request Form below.

 

Account Access and Support

Q: Will I still be able to access my QuikPass Bravo account after March 31, 2026?

QuikPass Bravo account holders will continue to be able to access their account for one year from the date of the last deposit made to their account, which could be after March 31, 2026. If you cannot access your QuikPass Bravo account and need to retrieve past booking information or travel reports, please reach out to quikpass@pacificcoastal.com for assistance.
