Richmond, BC – Pacific Coastal Airlines is excited to announce the launch of its new nonstop service between Kelowna International Airport (YLW) and Prince George Airport (YXS), further expanding travel options for Okanagan residents. The first flight took off yesterday evening, offering greater convenience for those travelling between Kelowna and Northern BC.

This new service operates six times a week, from Sunday to Friday, providing passengers with reliable and efficient travel on Beechcraft 1900 aircraft. The addition of this route makes it easier for Okanagan residents to explore Northern BC, whether for business or leisure.

Pacific Coastal Airlines and Kelowna International Airport marked the occasion with a special event attended by key stakeholders, including executives, politicians, airport authorities, and representatives from tourism organizations. The celebration featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony, speeches, and branded gifts for passengers, highlighting the significance of this new service for the region’s connectivity and economic growth.
