Weather Advisory for February 28, 2023

Anticipated winter storm conditions may cause flight delays and/ or cancellations which could impact customers travel plans. We advise customers travelling on Tuesday, February 28, to first check the status of their flight prior to heading to the airport.

As a result of anticipated weather impacts on our network over the next few days we have introduced a flexible change & cancellation policy for our customers.

Cancellation Policy

For customers who have one or more of their travel dates today, Tuesday February 28, 2023 and at least one of the legs includes travel into or out of Vancouver inclusive who wish to cancel their entire reservation may do so without applicable cancellation fees and are eligible for a full refund to original form of payment. Reservation cancellation requests must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Standard fare terms and conditions will apply to cancellations made within 2 hours of scheduled departure time.

Change Policy

For customers who have one or more of their travel dates today, Tuesday February 28, 2023 and at least one of the legs includes travel into or out of Vancouver inclusive who wish to change their reservation can do so without change fees and applicable fare difference. Reservation changes must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Standard fare terms and conditions will apply to changes made within 2 hours of scheduled departure time.
