We are pleased to announce that our website has been updated with a new version of the Manage My Booking section. New and enhanced features are now available to customers, including:
- Change flights to a different date or rebook for a different origin or destination
- Book using an existing credit associated with a reservation
- Add new journeys to the reservation
- Add extra services (Baggage, Equipment, Pet Travel)
- Change seats
- Cancel flights
- Update/modify contact details (email and phone)
- Change name/fix spelling (first name, last name or date of birth)
- Change travel document
- Check reservation history (past and upcoming trips)
- Easily access online check-in if within 24 hours and 1 hour prior to departure time
- View and email itinerary and boarding passes.
