What To Know

Pacific Coastal Airlines is committed to the safety and security of our customers, both in the air and online.

In light of the increasing risk posed by fraudulent travel websites and online booking agents, we advise all customers to take extra precautions before booking your next trip. These malicious platforms often advertise unrealistically low fares to lure unsuspecting customers, only to steal credit card and personal information during the booking process.

In addition to fraudulent booking websites, customers should also be aware of the following deceptive tactics:

  • Phishing – fraudulent emails designed to steal personal or financial information
  • Smishing – fraudulent text messages attempting to trick recipients into sharing sensitive details
  • Vishing – fraudulent phone calls impersonating legitimate companies or organizations

What To Do

We advise all customers to take the following precautions before making a booking:

  • Only book through trusted and reputable travel websites
  • Watch out for websites offering unrealistically low fares
  • Check the website’s secure payment gateways, look for ‘HTTPS’
  • Verify contact and/or customer support information of booking agents
  • Look for spelling mistakes and grammatical errors in website content

Who To Trust

To make a booking with Pacific Coastal Airlines, we strongly advise customers to book directly through our official website: https://www.pacificcoastal.com/ or https://res.pacificcoastal.com/
