In light of the increasing risk posed by fraudulent travel websites and online booking agents, we advise all customers to take extra precautions before booking your next trip. These malicious platforms often advertise unrealistically low fares to lure unsuspecting customers, only to steal credit card and personal information during the booking process.

In addition to fraudulent booking websites, customers should also be aware of the following deceptive tactics:

• Phishing – fraudulent emails designed to steal personal or financial information 
• Smishing – fraudulent text messages attempting to trick recipients into sharing sensitive details 
• Vishing – fraudulent phone calls impersonating legitimate companies or organizations
