Starting in October 2019, customers purchasing flights with Pacific Coastal Airlines will have to enter their CVV2 credit card details at the time of booking.

Why do I have to provide my CVV2 code now?

To protect consumers and businesses alike, credit card companies are rolling out mandatory collection of CVV2 codes at time of purchase for online and call centre transactions.

Where can I find my CVV2 code?

Your three-digit code is on the back of your Visa or MasterCard beside the signature panel. On American Express cards it’s a four-digit number on the front.

When will this become part of Pacific Coastal’s purchase process?

  • Effective October 1, 2019 for online bookings
  • Effective October 10, 2019 for call-center bookings
