Important Update
Changes to Our Service Fees and Fare Structure Effective October 16, 2023
Pacific Coastal Airlines will be making changes to its service fees and fare structure for travel on and after October 16, 2023, and we want to ensure that you are aware of these modifications before planning your upcoming trip.
We will be introducing a new fee structure for checked baggage. The fees for your checked bags will depend on when you purchase the service. Customers who purchase the service at least 24 hours before travel (Pre-Paid) will pay a different fee than those who purchase within 24 hours of their flight (Check-In).
We are also introducing a new fare option, the Basic Fare, which is now available for travel on and after October 16, 2023. This option is designed to be more affordable while still providing you with a great travel experience.
Finally, we will be updating some of our current service fees to ensure that they remain competitive with industry standards.
Please note that these changes will apply to all reservations with travel dates on or after October 16, 2023. Therefore, if you are booking a flight before October 16, 2023, to travel after this date and need to make changes, cancellations, seat assignments or pay for additional checked baggage on or after this date, you may be subject to the new fees depending on the fare you have booked.
