The Government of Canada has recently announced several consumer product recalls on popular power banks due to the risk of fire. As a result, these devices are not permitted on board Pacific Coastal Airlines flights.
If you are traveling with a power bank, please check your device before you fly.

- iStore Branded Magnetic Wireless Power Banks 5000 mAH Charger recalled due to burn hazard
- ESR HaloLock Wireless Power Bank recalled due to fire hazard
Our mobility lift in Powell River (YPW) is currently out of service. Until further notice, all passengers who cannot independently manage the stairs cannot travel on flight to/from Powell River (YPW). For assistance with flight bookings, please contact our call center at 1-800-663-2872.
