Preparing for your travel

  • Check your passport or Government-issued ID to make sure it’s not expired.
  • Check your pre-departure emails.
  • Pack a personal size hand-sanitizer (100 ml or less) to use throughout your journey with us.

Check-in experience

  • To help reduce contact between customers and staff, we encourage customers to check-in online to obtain an electronic boarding pass.
  • Additional hand sanitizer stations are at our airport check-in counters.

What to expect at the airport

  • Plexiglass barriers, hand sanitizer stations, and enhanced cleaning measures are still in place at airports.
  • We continue to work with our airport partners to help customers and staff be able to physical distance when utilizing the airport facilities, including pre-board security screening areas.

On board experience:

  • Every night our aircraft goes through a rigorous sanitation process where all main points of customer contact are wiped down with high-grade sanitizer.
  • We have suspended offering our in-flight magazine to reduce unnecessary contact. Moving forward, SOAR magazine will be a digital publication that you can download before your flight and view on your personal mobile device. Check out the most recent edition of SOAR magazine on our website.
