Flexible change & cancellation policy for bookings made before May 2, 2020
Change/cancellation fees for customers with reservations booked on or before May 2, 2020 for travel anytime are being waived. Changes or cancellations to a reservation must be made at least 72 hours prior to scheduled departure time. Standard fare terms and conditions will apply to changes made within 72 hours of scheduled departure time.
For changes, customers may rebook their reservation for travel that is completed within 36 months from the date of original purchase without penalty (applicable fare difference may apply). For cancellations, customers flight value will be held as a travel credit that can be applied towards a future flight with Pacific Coastal Airlines (credit is name transferable and can be used to travel to any destination within our network). Travel credit will be available for travel completed within 36 months from the date of original purchase. We are only processing refunds to the original form of payment for our refundable Encore Fares as per our fare terms and conditions. Bravo Fares and Classic Fares are not eligible for refunds and only a future travel credit will be offered for cancellations.

If you booked directly with Pacific Coastal Airlines and are unable to cancel your flight online or contact us through our call centre, we welcome customers to complete the flight cancellation request form.
