Qualified travellers are able to immediately purchase travel without having to fill in a form.  Conditions of Eligibility: applicable only when travel is due to the death of an immediate family member defined as: spouse, child, parent, grandchild, grandparent, brother, sister, son/daughter-in-law, father/mother-in law, and brother/sister-in law.

The name of the funeral home and its contact telephone number must be provided at the time of
reservation along with the relationship of the deceased to the traveller.  We ask for this information
as we randomly audit reservations for accuracy. 

While this fare is non-refundable, it is not subject to any change and cancellation fees, and if cancelled
the credit remains on file for one year from the date of purchase. This credit may be used towards
other travel with Pacific Coastal Airlines.
