Sponsorship Guide

We gladly support the communities we serve through our Christmas Adopt-a-Family program (an
internal fundraiser)  and by participating in selected local activities that serve the community.  Note
that we do not make financial donations of any kind;  instead we sometimes offer air travel gift
certificates or promotional clothing as auction items or raffle prizes for your fundraising.

If you are fundraising for charity, community improvement, or youth sports in or near a destination we serve please feel free to submit an application per the following guidelines.

Applications must:

  • be on organization letterhead, via fax or e-mail,  with full contact information.
  • briefly outline the organization, event, and what you hope to acheive.   
  • expected attendance of the event.

While we feel that causes that benefit a community to be worthy of support, the number
of requests we receive often will surpass resources so we look for the right fit and win/win
balance: higher consideration is given to events that promote our brand with the maximum
exposure without being lost in the shuffle.
