Pacific Coastal Airlines Ltd. will never sell, rent or trade your personal information. Pacific
Coastal Airlines Ltd. may send personal information about you to another company
when/if the following occurs :
- We need to share your information in order to provide the product(s) and/or service(s) that you have requested from us. If this occurs, all companies we affiliate ourselves with agree to only use the information to assist us in providing the above-mentioned, requested product(s) and/or service(s).
- We are required to respond to subpoenas, court orders, and other legal procedures.
Credit Card Information
Credit card transactions and personal information entries over our online booking engine
are forwarded to us and processed through the VeriSign Secure Site system. Your information
is kept strictly confidential by Pacific Coastal Airlines Ltd. Note that for security reasons credit
card information is masked in our system after input (via online booking or by calling us) so
it cannot be viewed at a later time once a reservation is complete. We do not keep records of
credit card numbers for your, or our, convenience.
