• 100% non-refundable.
• Changes to the itinerary will be subject to a change fee of $75.00 (plus GST) per segment plus any
  difference in fare per person.  Bravo Pass not subject to fare difference.
• Name changes: Bravo Fare: not allowed;  Bravo Pass: allowed for $75 per change (plus GST).
• Cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee of $75.00 (plus GST), per segment, with the remaining
  amount being held as a credit that may be used towards the purchase of any future travel.  The credit
  will remain valid for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

• Cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.00 (plus GST), per person, with the remaining
  amount being held as a credit that may be used towards the purchase of any future travel. The credit will
  remain valid for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

1. forfeiture of payment for the "no-show" segment (no credit given)
2. subsequent flights on the same itinerary automatically cancelled (credit given) No exceptions.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Full refunds are offered for reservations that are made and cancelled within 24 hours. Please call our reservation
team at 1.800.663.2872 to apply this policy to your booking.  

Credit Files
In the event a non-refundable reservation is cancelled a credit file, minus the cancellation fee, is created and can be used towards future travel anywhere in Pacific Coastal's network. This credit is also transferable to another person. If the value of the future travel exceeds the credit amount then the difference will be charged; if less then a credit balance will remain on file.  Note that credit files are good to use for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. A one-time extension to a maximum of 6 months from expiry of credit is permitted free of charge for encore fares, and $75.00 each for both classic and bravo fares.
