Quik Pass Terms and Conditions

  • If using a credit card to register for a Quik Pass Account a minimum deposit of $2,000.00
    must be applied within 24 hours of registration.
  • If using a company cheque to register for a Quik Pass account please allow two business days
    for processing upon receipt of cheque.  Remember a $2,000.00 minimum deposit is required.  
  • A valid e-mail address is necessary for registration.
  • Account balance is valid from one year from the date of the last deposit.
  • Quik Pass account balances are non-refundable.
  • In the event a passenger does not call to cancel their reservation and fails to check-in for the flight, they automatically forfeit the value of that segment, and any future segments within that reservation will be cancelled and credited back to the Quik Pass Account.
  • Users are solely responsible for the management of their account(s) and should guard
    their user names and passwords accordingly.
