Fare Terms & Conditions

Bravo Fare & Bravo QuikPass

  • 100% non-refundable.
  • Changes to the itinerary will be subject to a change fee of $78.75 per direction, per passenger, plus fare difference, if applicable. QuikPass Bravo not subject to fare difference, only change fee.
  • Same-Day Earlier Flight Change: $52.50, per passenger, per direction (must be done at check-in counter).
  • Name changes: Bravo Fare: not allowed; QuikPass Bravo: allowed for $78.75 per change.
  • Cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee of $78.75, per direction, per passenger, with the remaining amount being held as a credit that may be used towards the purchase of any future travel. The credit will remain valid for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
  • Changes and/or cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to departure.

Classic Fare & Classic QuikPass

  • 100% non-refundable.
  • Changes to the itinerary will be subject to a change fee of $52.50 per direction, per passenger, plus fare difference, if applicable. QuikPass Classic not subject to fare difference, only change fee.
  • Same-Day Earlier Flight Change: $26.25, per passenger, per direction (must be done at check-in counter).
  • Name changes: Classic Fare: allowed for $52.50 per change; QuikPass Classic: allowed for $52.50 per change.
  • Cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee of $52.50, per direction, per passenger, with the remaining amount being held as a credit that may be used towards the purchase of any future travel. The credit will remain valid for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
  • Changes and/or cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to departure.

Encore Fare & Encore QuikPass

  • Refundability: Encore Fare is 100% refundable if cancelled prior to flight departure; QuikPass Encore: Refundable to account only if cancelled prior to flight departure.
  • Change fees do not apply. Encore Fare: fare difference may apply. QuikPass Encore: not subject to fare difference.
  • Same-Day Earlier Flight Change: no charge (must be done at check-in counter).
  • Name changes: allowed at no charge

  • Changes and/or cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to departure.

No shows
Failure to cancel a reservation 2 hours prior to departure or not showing up for your flight will result in:

  1. forfeiture of payment for the “no-show” segment (no credit given)
  2. subsequent segments will be cancelled, regular cancellation features will apply, balance remains as a credit file valid for one year from original date of booking

Same-Day Earlier Flight Change
With the purchase of any confirmed ticket customers have the option to make a confirmed change for a flight departing earlier on the same day of original confirmed travel. Charges may apply depending on the fare brand purchased. This change can only be done at the airport check-in counter. More information.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy:
Full refunds are offered for all reservations that are made and cancelled within 24 hours of original purchase. Important: cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to departure. Please call our reservation team at 1.800.663.2872 to apply this policy to your booking.

24-Hour Change Policy:
Changes can be made within 24 hours of the original purchase without applicable change fees; however, fare difference may apply. Important: changes must be made at least 2 hours prior to departure. Please call our reservation team at 1.800.663.2872 to apply this policy to your booking.

Credit Files
In the event a non-refundable reservation is cancelled a credit file, minus the cancellation fee, is created and can be used towards future travel anywhere in Pacific Coastal Airlines’ network. This credit is also transferable to another person. If the value of the future travel exceeds the credit amount then the difference will be charged; if less then a credit balance will remain on file. Note that credit files are good to use for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. A one-time extension to a maximum of 6 months from expiry of credit is permitted free of charge for Encore Fares, and $78.75 each for both Classic and Bravo Fares.

QuikPass Accounts
QuikPass accounts remain active for 365 days from the date of last deposit. Approximately 45 to 60 days prior to the account going inactive, account holders are given notice (via email) that their account is approaching deactivation. Account holders have the option to (1) have the account balance carry forward without penalty by making a new minimum deposit to the account before the expiration date (minimum deposit amounts: Encore $2000, Classic $1500, Bravo $1000) or (2) have a six month extension applied to the account for a fee of $78.75.
